Previously, Tom served as the Head of Business Development at Contact State, a tech platform focused on enhancing the safety and profitability of marketing campaigns for large financial services firms. Throughout his career, he has transitioned from customer-facing roles to business development and qualified as an adviser, during which he actively wrote business.

Jaume Vilar is the former Platform Lead for Mortgages at TSB Bank, where he managed mortgage systems for originations and servicing, leading both onshore and offshore teams to implement strategic changes. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he previously served as a Mortgage Industry Technology Expert at Hypothec Ltd, specialising in business process design, systems integration, and regulatory compliance. Jaume has worked with key vendors to enhance mortgage operations and deliver effective project management. A Physics graduate from Cambridge University, Bilingual in English and Catalan, and fluent in Spanish and French, he combines technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.
