Sikoia has announced a new partnership with YAVIA, the digital platform built to streamline how brokers manage both mortgage and protection cases. The collaboration connects YAVIA’s customer-focused front-end app with Sikoia’s AI document processing solution, creating a faster, cleaner and more intuitive experience for brokers and the customers they support.

YAVIA’s customer journey sits right at the front of the broker workflow, and this integration marks the first time Sikoia’s document processing solution is deployed before the mortgage CRM system. By introducing intelligent document collection and processing at the earliest touchpoint, brokers can cut down the friction and back-and-forth that often slows down applications. Clients can upload documents once, in a simple and guided interface, with the key information automatically extracted and validated.

As part of the Sikoia–Yavia partnership, clients will also benefit from secure mobile access to their real-time expenditure data within their adviser-facing tool. This includes a complimentary budget planner that enables clients to track and manage their own spending, ensuring advisors deliver good consumer outcomes well beyond the point of sale - including visibility of all protection premiums across their insurance portfolio.
